The BushKAYA units are of the same modules as the Zenkaya units. Functional aspects of this range are as remarkable as other design concepts by Zenkaya. The bushKAYA’s are made of corrugated iron as an outside cladding.

 Bushkaya Studio is a 20.4sq.m unit that is 3.4m x 6m and has a living/sleeping room, kitchenette, bathroom, and a closet.
Bushkaya One bedroom
 Bushkaya One Bedroom is a 53sq.m unit that is 3.4m x 15.6m and has a deck, living room, dining space, kitchenette, bathroom, toilet, 1 bedroom and a closet.
Bushkaya Two Bedroom
 Bushkaya Two Bedroom is a 61.2sq.m unit that is 3.4m x 18 and has a living room, dining room, kitchen, store room, bathroom, toilet, 2 bedrooms and closets.

 Bushkaya One Bedroom + Studio is a 73.4 sq.m unit which is a combination of a two units which make the space equivalent to a two bedroom detached.
